Phenomenal!  We have 5 new shooters who can't get SV ammunition in our league and were shooting Remington Thunderbolt, this will help greatly.

And it's gone. Out of stock 20 hours later.

The times are indeed changing! $388.63 a case for low end ammo makes us cheer! If we must pay these prices maybe availibility will loosen enough that orders may be placed at leisure.  Forget all the extensive searching and hoping.

$450 a case makes me cheer. $388.63 a case makes me dance. It's something no one wants to see. :-)

its like gas, we all screamed Why!!! when it reached to 2.00 a gallon after years of having our minds "reconditioned" we are now screaming Yey!!! at 2.15.

Shooters,

$388 a case means nothing if it is sold out.  I can get all the gas I want for under $3 a gallon.

I tried Champ Choice as soon as the first notice appeared.  Sold out--sorry.

The hoarders got there first.

I will practice with my 45 reloads.  Never will use HV .22 ammo in my rim-fire target guns.

I bought one case well after the first notice (over 3 hours later) and was able to get a case and found that 9500 boxes were left. With a 3 case limit, at least 500 people got 3 cases of ammo. Compared to $46/brick at Midway plus shipping it was a great deal.

Great ! I bought cases of CCi SV right before the drought in late 2010/11 and i paid $265.00 for a case from CC and picked up another case for $250.00 from the local 4H club,s order. so its gone up almost $100.00 a case in a few years.
 The 2  case's i got around 2007 i got from Grice guns at $160.00 a case.
   So in 10 years the price has over doubled ! WOW

this cci blue paper box stuff was about 220.00 a case wholesale before now if you could buy it wholesale it would be 325.00 is my guess so this is probably the best price you will find for awhile.
