James G. Russell Passes Empty James G. Russell Passes

Post by BE Mike Thu Jan 29, 2015 10:53 am

I was told last evening that James G. Russell of Star bullets passed away on January 25, 2015. I know that I and a lot of others used tons of his bullets over the years. His 185 gr. swaged LSWC bullet design created quite a flurry of interest back in the day. This is all I could find: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/indystar/obituary.aspx?n=james-g-russell&pid=173991146

his 185 lswc-hp are the most accurate lead bullet ever made, all made on equipment he built himself, RIP.

Some of you shoot the clones of his bullet made by zero, magnus and delta precision they are not an exact duplicate but they are very close and accurate.
