How to contact David Salyer

Hey everyone,
About 10 years ago my father had a 1911 accurized for me by Dave Salyer
and I'm looking to have some work done on it or even sell it before I go
into the Coast Guard, but I need a new front sight and paper work
saying he worked on the gun. Unfortunately it's been so long since my
father got the gun that he no longer knows how to get in contact with
Mr. Salyer, but if anyone here does it would be greatly appreciated.
