It can load quality ammo just as a Dillon can. For the cost, you get the features of a 650 for the price (or less) of a 550, which is not a true progressive. Caliber changes are also less expensive and quicker.
I've got 2 of them, the older since 2003. Totally satisfied and the customer service is every bit as good as the rightly vaunted Dillon "no questions asked."
Can't beat it for 'bang for the buck.'

Good choice. I've been using a Pro-Jector, the LnL's predecessor, since '86. IMO the weak link was the priming operation. It looks to be much improved in the LNL.
Any standard 7/8 X 14 threaded dies work just fine. IMNSHO, the Lee carbide set is the best way to go. Pretty on the inside, plain on the outside. Same for the auto disk powder drop. Pick a number on the disk & go. No adjustments to tweak or need tweaking.

I have owned a rcbs pro2000, dillon, 1050,550 and square deal and this time i went with the hornady LNL, I like it, it loads very accurate ammo, I think the powder measure is more consistent than the dillons and it loads fast, not as fast as the 1050 but i dont need to turn out 500 rounds a hour anymore. Im very happy with it, and will be more so once i add the case feeder.

LnL
I've had my LnL for half a year now loading mainly .45ACP and some .38Special and .357Mag.
I added the case feeder and the press is a pleasure to work with. The two times I've called
Hornady about some parts that I messed up they just sent them to me, no charge. Hard to
beat.

I like mine Ive used a Dillon 650 and LNL does everything 650 does and is easier and cheaper to change calibers
