Pardini SP trigger adjustment
I was shooting the backup gun tonight and noticed something in the trigger. It's a new SP Bullseye that Emil set up to be single stage with a little roll. I added a little more roll and loved that in T&R but my SF suffered so I took some roll out. Now I'm feeling a delayed reset. If you fire a shot and keep the trigger back then let your finger off the triger to reset you can feel a click then about 1/2 second later it resets. Anybody know what adjustment I need to get rid of this? I don't remember it doing this before.

The hammer/sear surface needs lube! Any good spaghetti sauce will do. I like Zia's.

oil and turn whatever screw you turned back 1/4 turn, sounds like the sear is rubbing

Sounds like you need to send it back to Emil, tell him what you did, tell him why you did what you did, and ask if he will please redo it for you (with the promise that you won't ever screw it up again).
The manual also is very detailed in setting the trigger. A careful read might be in order as well.

The Pardini trigger is really simple & easy to adjust once you understand the screws. The manual is a bit confusing, but the diagrams on this TargetTalk thread tell the story beautifully.

I think I fixed it. I believe I turned the wrong screw. Gave the disconector screw 1/8 turn and all is well. Added a little weight to it also.
Thanks All,
