Bullet Diameter
I am not a revolver person but have a question about reloading for same.Using lead bullets-do you slug the barrel and size bullets about .001 over. Or do you size bullet very close to forcing cone??? (diameter) or the cylinder?? (or input of barrel). Thanks

Match the cylinder throat.

Re: Bullet Diameter
I'm not really a revolver guy either but IIRC matching the cylinder throat is not a viable blanket recommendation. From numerous rumor-net reports, there've been a fair number of revolvers produced with undersize throats - these swage down the lead bullet so that it essentially ends up rattling down the barrel. I believe a number of 25-5s in 45ACP suffered this malady and a few runs of various Rugers.
My understanding is that ideally the cylinder and forcing cone would leave the projectile at .001 over the bore diameter so the grooves have something to grip.
