There is also the South Shore League which has teams from Marshfield to Attleboro to Bridgewater and for a while included New Bedford. Then there is the Twin County League which has teams from Plymouth to Taunton down to the New Bedford area which is where my club, Acushnet, is. We shoot the Cape and Twin County leagues and they are both very active. I previously shot for New Bedford in the Twin County and South Shore leagues.

You have to find something that will put you in the mindset that you will shoot a good TF/RF score. Something that will clear your mind and let you concentrate on "sights, squeeze".
