WST powder load for .45

How many grains of WST do I need for a 200 gr. Lswc at 750- 800 fps.

What Steve said, 4.5gr WST and a 200gr SWC get 830fps through my Gold Cup.

I have been as low as 4.0 gns , 200gn swc.
WST is temperature sensitive so it is faster in the cold then in the summer thus 4.2 +/- 0.1 gn what you will loading 4.05 in the summer and a little more in the winter.
