Yes more dreaded DR questions! The way I understand the rules, hogue rubber grips are allowed but my interest is in the design hogue makes that has finger groves. The left and right sides "mirror" them selves but I don't remember seeing anything about finger groves..... Legal?

I tried them didn't care for them, I shoot a 14-3 single action with smaller hands so groves didn't work for me.  So i went with the VZ grips.

You might try the bill Davis grips which only have the top finger groove.

I never tried the Bill Davis grips but I have tried all the rubber grips from Hogue or Pachmyer. I found I was not comfortable with a rubber grip. I spent the money for a set of Nills and found the perfect grip. If I had a bucket full of money I would get a set of these for all my wheel guns.
