Hickok 45 Channel
If this crosses the line into being considered political, someone please nuke it!
I don't imagine that I am the only one here who has enjoyed the 'Hickok 45' videos on You-Tube. With well over 1,000 videos posted (haven't listened to all the 'radio shows' but have watched every video) and closing in on 2,000,000 subscribers, he seems to have been pleasing someone while maintaining a family friendly, educational look into the world of firearms. Certainly not a bullseye focused 'channel' he looks at and shoots any and everything from muskets to suppressed full-auto and I learn something from each video even when the subject firearm is nothing I though I was interested in.
The 'channel' has been shut down for 'infractions' of 'Google' policy for the second time in a few days. I don't expect us to form a tar and pitchfork mob but is there anything that we, as responsible shooters can do or say about this? I see this particular 'channel' as bringing more new people into the world of recreational (and perhaps someday 'precision pistol') shooting than anyone else out there ..... maybe that was the violation of policy?

Re: Hickok 45 Channel
It's unfortunate. I too enjoyed his channel. As I understand it, the problem comes from the linkage (that happens pretty much automatically) between his YouTube account and his Google+ account. By Google's policy, discussions about weapons have to be age restricted; something I think he forgot to do... He may be able to do it and be back up in a few days. Let's hope.
His 2M subscribers bring in ad revenue for Google. It's also in their interest to bring him back up, I would think.

Re: Hickok 45 Channel
They were terminated and restored twice this week, had a video posted last night saying that they hoped all was now well. I guess that we will see how that works.
