Dynaflex Gyro
I bought a Dynaflex Sports Pro Gyro Exerciser. Just thought I'd try one since it was about $20 with free shipping off Amazon or even EBay. Just playing with it today but I can really feel the work out my arm goes through. I'll have to see over time what kind of benefits I'll get from it, but I was curious - has anyone else here bought and tried one?

Re: Dynaflex Gyro
I have one that I used to deal with some tendonitis years ago. It is an interesting little doohickey, once you get the hang of getting it started.
It does what it says, but mine didn't make the hair on my arms fall out like the guy in the video.
I used it for a week and it has sat in the bottom of a drawer for about five years.

I've used one on and off for years. It is good for toning the muscles of the forearm and wrist. I have never been injured using it. Another plus is that it only takes a couple of minutes of exercise to get benefits.

Woops didn't know that I ordered the one Amazon Prime had for $20. Just looked at the order it says replaces 30 lbs of weights. That maybe more then this old man needs. Don

That sounds like the one I have. Same price and deal. It wears you out quick but morning and evening ought to do it...I hope. I hope it's not too much. Time will tell.

As I recall Brian Zins sold or advertised one model on his website. - - I've had one for years. Fun-and it can't hurt.
