Any good 9mm loads using a lead bullet? If so please provide specs. Thank you.

This is a softball short line load I use, but my barrel is 10" twist and designed to mimic the 38 Spec wadcutter ballistics.  I don't know how it would do in a 16 twist barrel; probably not very well.  It is Magnus 147gr #403 over 2.4gr Bullseye.  I use an 8 lb recoil spring and a frame mounted dot to get good functional reliability.  For 50 yds I step up to the Hornady 147gr XTP.

A 38 super is probably a better CF gun. No data to back it up

I think you're right Chris.. at least the ones I've built have been very good and not hard to get really good soft loads once you mess with the first one.

plenty of very accurate soft loads posted here if you search.

we're found the Dardus 126 gr lead SWC to be an excellent round when loaded with 3.6-3.8 of BE. slide mounted optics. Lots of folks like the 147 Magnus over 3.0 of BE

the 38 super is... super(sorry)
