NRA Website "Competitor Activity"
Enter your NRA ID number in the "Competitor Activity" form on the NRA Competitions website (http://compete.nra.org/competitor-activity.aspx) and see every NRA match you've ever fired (at least in the last 27 years).
I'm not sure if this is new or what (I've never seen it before), but their records go back at least as far as the first NRA match I fired, on May 27th, 1990.
Edit: wow, and if you click on the link for an individual match, it pulls up the entire results bulletin for that competition.

Mine only goes back to when I started shooting again in 2007. Doesn't go back to my first match in 89.

Greetings John,
A good find.
Sadly, it only accepts my Numerical NRA ID number. My original FJA....H fouls up the database.
Also, it only shows my scores back to 2006.
Oh well, I would have enjoyed reviewing my scores from when I was shooting well.
Cheers,
Dave

My record shows exactly my life's pattern of family, work, and health taking time away from range time. I had no idea.

Re: NRA Website "Competitor Activity"
Yeah, I think they're missing some people with alphanumeric NRA numbers. They have most (but not all) of my matches, but there are many matches I shot with my dad, and he hasn't shown up in any of the results bulletins I clicked through to.
Anyone remember when they switched to the numeric NRA IDs? Around 2000?
For the classification lookup, I can enter either my numeric or alphanumeric ID and it returns the same results. Haven't tried on this one yet.

Thank you John for reminding me that A, I didn't know what that word meant, and B, I probably used to know what it meant but have Alzheimer's and forgot that I knew what it meant. Or maybe C, you were calling me ild ;l)

Re: NRA Website "Competitor Activity"
Interesting that the Competitor Classification lookup never used to recognize my old alphanumeric ID, but now it does. None of my matches shot under that ID (1980-1991) show up in the Competitor Activity however.

Re: NRA Website "Competitor Activity"
I wonder if the system only retains the data if your classification was kept current through the years. I'm realizing that I lost my classification in Free Pistol and regained it in 2009. The only Free Pistol matches that it shows are from 2009+, even though I shot NRA Free Pistol matches from 1994-1999.
Edit: same thing goes for Sport Pistol, Center Fire Pistol, and Rapid Fire Pistol.

Re: NRA Website "Competitor Activity"
This is pretty new. I just noticed it within the last month. They have my matches going back to 1990. I'm guessing that's the cutoff date for everyone.
When I first looked at it, they had a bunch of matches for me in Texas, that I know I never shot. When I looked at it tonight, I'm down to one match in Texas that I never shot. So they're fixing it
I think it's a nice feature. I'm glad they did it.

I'm glad to hear they're fixing things, though. There are several errors in my list. Most notable is that the one and only match we had (so far) at our local club is listed as a different club that isn't anywhere nearby. A little disappointing, but the awesomeness of the site itself far outweighs the minor errors.
Thanks NRA!

You beat me!!
I'm glad they have this.. I forgot my scores from my first match. I still haven't shot enough to get classified, and I not only had major first match jitters, but was coming off of a 3 week major illness... Not only did I shoot bad, but I totally forgot to write my scores down!!! Now at least I know. 1717... ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dennis, if you are reading this, this is a good change. Now I can look up both NRA and CMP scores.
DS
P.S. It is a great start, now let's get info like 22 vs. CF vs. 45 scores.
