First topic message reminder :

Just ordered a new Kart Xact fit (formerly EZ fit) 9mm barrel to convert my Les Baer 38 super to 9mm. The rounds fit in the barrel like this, from three different brands of 9mm. Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't these rounds fit flush, or just slightly recessed, of this part of the barrel? Won't this affect lockup? Thinking of sending it back and ordering another one.

Just seat the bullets back: time to buy a reloading pres and dies.  For this effort, even this little cheapy of a press will work:

a little better:  https://www.overstock.com/Sports-Toys/Lee-Precision-Reloader-Press/7903754/product.html?recset=90c2da1b-59a8-449e-961d-b3d668a7e7a1&refccid=J6JCKIWCKGZK2Y2N5Y5MOTC6V4&recalg=872,859,858&recidx=2

a little more better: https://www.amazon.com/RCBS-Reloader-5-Press-Special/dp/B001MKAJTO%3FSubscriptionId%3DAKIAILSHYYTFIVPWUY6Q%26tag%3Dduckduckgo-ffsb-20%26linkCode%3Dxm2%26camp%3D2025%26creative%3D165953%26creativeASIN%3DB001MKAJTO

Really a good progressives: Go see Dillon or even Hornady Lock-N-Load presses

Used equipment shouldn't be ruled out, the point is that your purchased ammo is still good and can be used with a little effort.

I have a Dillon 650 that I reload my .45acp on and will be purchasing a new toolhead and dies for 9mm soon. Before I committed to reloading a new caliber, though, I wanted to use what I had laying around the house first, to see how it worked out.
