Hornady LNL powder measure safety
Here are pics of the safety I installed on my LNL press. I had a few times where the measure hung up and missed a load. Simple & Cheap insurance.

i have the LNL and never had a issue, could it be because your using a rcbs powder measure, even though they look the same as the hornady there could be subtle differences causing the hang up.

No, actually the hornady has hung up more than the RCBS. I use both, that is why the thumbscrews to attach. I can use it with any of my measures(2 hornady-1 RCBS). I have only had a couple hangups, but 1 costs a lot of time pulling bullets.

i would take it apart and check the drum and other components for rust or any corrosion, since its case activated it should not stick if everything is clean and polished.

I don't mean to "hijack" you thread but if I may ask.
Is it possible to adapt an RCBS powder measure to Dillon 550B?
Thanks!

I used the Hornady case activated drop on my RCBS measure. The extension drop tube is the same thread as RCBS. It uses the standard die thread and powder through expanding dies are available for most pistol calibers.
