Daily walking
Now that Spring is here I wanted to share something I started doing that has made a big difference.
I began walking two miles a day 5-6 days per week. At a good pace I found I could do it in 32 minutes. After ten days I began seeing results. Full 2700's and days where I was driving several hours to get to a match, it felt much better to compete and I wasn't as tired at the end.
Doesn't take long and doesn't require any special equipment.

Distracting the other shooters with my sexiness was a collateral benefit.

Ive been there. Two years ago, I started running. I was 285 and vary out of shape!! Dropping 70 lbs and becoming more fit has shown a huge benefit.

Get an energetic dog such as a Setter. They'll walk YOU! Three miles a day, minimum.
