Need trigger for my Ruger rimfire
See the volqurtsen (sp) seems to be popular on rimfire central. Was thinking of trying a polishing job etc but was wondering what Kits folks like for the rulers. I have a MKIII and MK IV. Look forward to suggestions. I will say my stock MKIV is lots nicer than the one on the MKIII.
Thanks Gents

I have 2 VQ trigger assys. One is a MKIII and the othger in a 22/45 Lite. Really like them. Learned a few new swear words installing the first one in the MKIII. DonMultiracer wrote:Tandemkross.....you wont be sorry.

Anything is better than the stock trigger that came with my Mark111. Very happy with my VQ. A little you tube watching and put it in myself.

I thought th link you provided was just for th trigger shoe. When I said lighter trigger I meant lighter than factory. I’ll check your link again. ThanksMultiracer wrote:lablover wrote:Want a lighter trigger pull

I run this kit in a S&W Victory, it has been outstanding so far.

I installed a VQ sear and trigger in my Mk III and replaced the mag disconnect with a new bushing. After a few thousand rounds, the pull dropped below 2 lbs and I had to put back the factory trigger spring to be legal again. The VQ kit sure lightens the pull. It also improves the quality somewhat, but it is far from a good trigger.

My VQ trigger started out at 1.25 pounds and I had to but the original spring in also. It may not be the best but it sure is better then what came in the gun.
