Whar powders will work for both .45 acp, 200 gr LSWC & 38 spc,LSWC?

This info for a friend.
What powder(s) will work for a .45 ACP 200 gr LSWC & .38 SPEC. LSWC also?
What bullets, swaged lead or cast lead, & any suggestions for bevel base or not?
Any & all suggestions./comments appreciated.

I use Bullseye for both.
3.5 for the 200 grain
3.0 for the 158 SWC for the short line
3.5 for the 158 SWC for the long line

I use bullseye, 700x and wst. Same 2.8 gr load.

The usual suspects. Bullseye, Red Dot, Green Dot, 700X, 231, WST, VV320, IMR Target, IMR Red, Accurate 2, Accurate 5... will all work. Some will work better than others.

I have recipes for Bullseye and W231, but will be jumping in with BE86 as well once my bullets arrive... (158gr LSWC DR loads, 200gr SWC .45ACP; both are swaged flat base.)

I use Bullseye & CleanShot (which is Lovex and equivalent tp Accurate #2) for both. 2.8gr for 38 special and 3.8gr for 45 acp lead. Only one that I would bother with beyond that would be WST.

4.2 BE for the 200 gr 45
2.8 BE for the 148 gr 38

4.5 gr Zero 185gr JHP
4.1-4.5 gr Dardas 200 gr LSWC
4.2 gr Zero 185gr HPWC
4.2 gr Dardas 160gr LSWC

3.3 gr Zero 158 gr LSWC
2.7 gr Zero 148 gr HBWC
