Any 1" tube style dots other than Ultradot?
I was looking for a tube dot that is 1" that is NOT an Ultradot. I recently bought two and returned them both due to the fact they reduced the target. Does any other company make quality tube style dots in either 1" or 30 mm diameter? Thanks.

These guys are now working with Holosun, the prices are decent, I just ordered a Micro so I can not attest to quality just yet.
I think Len V was to test one of the standard sized tubes ?

No, I plan on testing my new today Vadada. It came in at 5.4 oz instead of the 7 they list it as. Very well made scope. I am running it thru the ringer tomorrow. I tried it for size on several pistols but I think it will be perfect on my 25-2. I will also be trying out a Sightron on a 1911. Since I had the scales out I weighed everything. Turns out with aluminum rings the sightron is actually lighter then my 1" Ultradot with steel rings I had on it before. Sorry about picture quality. Probably some goodie from the last 3 days got on the lens.

I suppose the little one is 1". The scopes in the picture from left to right for a size comparison. Millet Speed Dot, Ultradot 6, Valdada Edge and a Holosun 403. The one mounted on the RO is a Sightron S30-5. I took it off the 25-2 to put the Valdada on. The Sightron would be a great alternate to Ultradot but come in 30 or 33mm only. I have a lot of Ultradots and some do have reduction, but most of them don't. ADCO makes 1" and 30mm tube scopes that have no reduction (mine anyhow).

Len what do you think of the Sightron? I recently bought one and mounted it on one of my 45's. Seems like a decent sight but not proven yet as I only have a few hundred rounds shot with it. Too cold here now. Twenty seven below this morning!

I am going to post a couple of pictures to answer that question Jim. Don't I usually? A disclaimer. I had my hand on a rest for the slow fire targets. I just wanted to test group size with different ammos and wasn't into testing my group size. I did shoot the RF target fair and square. The Sightron on the 1911 worked great. I would have to say that the Valdada also performed well. None of the turret problems that user were reporting when they first came out. Solid clicks and adjustable to your zero on caps. Neither scope had any image reduction. ****I give up.Trying to turn these over. Top picture is 25-2 with 185gr from T&B and 3.8 BE. Second picture is 25-2 with 4.1 WST and Zero 185's 3rd one is with RO and the Sightron and bottom one was with 25-2 and the 3.8 185's

Thanks Len,
It is good to hear about other dot options and to get a review first hand is even better.
I have to wonder what these manufactures are actually measuring when they state 1" or 30mm or some other number....... pull out your calipers and see for yourself.
PS: Len , you have to flip your pictures in your picture program before you place them here. There is no way to change much once they are downloaded.
PSS: At what distance were you shooting the 25-2 ?

25yds. I think I need to figure out which way to lean my phone. When I turned them upside down in my folder they came out upside down. Ditto for right side up. But one came out ok. New phone...
UPDATE::: The Valdada has a screw on top of the turrets and a screw into the side of each turret. But I can't get them loose to change cap

I hate being outsmarted by a phone. I took 4 pictures of the 25-2. Lets see what I get. All pictures were taken with the numbers on bottom left. Looks like we have a winner. Phone must be sideways with shutter on the right. Yes it is winter here.
