AA TArget conversion deal ??

AA 1911 Target conversion - $300.52 - free shipping - optics rail available from AA -or? -- - Years ago from AA I got the, no longer listed, 5/8" longer optional barrel. AA has a longer, but threaded (& spendier) barrel now. Longer barrel makes the balance better for me.

How many of you have noticed that conversions firing pin/slide design deforms hammers-some hammers more than others?
