Bromar sight adjustments
im a rifle shooter first, and an aspiring cmp bullseye shooter second. I worked myself into a froth yesterday trying to adjust the sights on my 1911 yesterday. I had loaded my first run of 200 gr swc’s and i was in the lower left corner of the fifty foot target...a pretty large shift for the 185’s i had the pistol sighted in with. I made the adjustment and promptly got off target...frustration ensued.
Soooooo....
With a scope or match rifle sights i always know that ccw is up and right. I dont think this is the case with these sights? Up and right is relative to the pistol/rifle facing muzzle downrange.
Please help...ive googled with little decent results found.
