NRA Classification Lookup not working? Empty NRA Classification Lookup not working?

I went to my usual link to check on my NRA classification and it’s not working. 
I tried googling it and have been clicking around quit a bit and can’t seem to get to the page where I enter my number. 
Does anyone have any insight on this?
