Can I still use this load

i have a few hundred rounds loaded up that I was using with a ball gun.  The ball gun is now a wad gun with a 10 lb spring and 9000sc mounted on it.  The load I have is 4.5 gr of titegroup and a zero 185 gr jhp.  They shot well!  Is this load too heavy to use in my 9000sc equipped pistol now?  I’d really like to NOT have to pull a bunch of bullets

Should be fine but you'll likely want to put in a heavier recoil spring, up to 13# depending on how tight the pistol and lockup is.

What Zane said. If the load worked then use it but maybe up the recoil spring weight as needed.
