Sig/Hammerli/Trailside/Xesse

I bought a second hand Trailside about 1 1/2 years ago and got a lot of info and advise on here to get it to operate properly. After changing out much of the parts I finally both a new slide. After that the pistol would only fire when you slammed the slide shut and not everytime. So I put it in the safe and forgot about until last week. I asked Larry's guns for advise and they gave me there pat answers plus for me to send it in for repairs. I remover the firing pin from the new and old slide and compared them, well the new firing pin is .007" shorter than the old one. So I swapped them and problem solve. So the nightmare is over and don't believe the sellers who say it has only been shot little. This thing was worn out when I got it and now it is like new. Shoots pretty good also.
