Fusion Firearms components Empty Fusion Firearms components

I'm building a new wad gun and purchased a 6" slide from Fusion at the end of September and they advised 8 weeks.  I contacted them last week to get an estimated ship date, and they advised "some time in the new year" which would be 12+ weeks.  Anyone else have any experience with Fusion and their delivery times?

Hello 10sandxs,

Others my disagree but I've not been positively impressed with Fusion products no matter the wait time.

Rob,

I'll be interested to hear what a gunsmith with your talent thinks of the Fusion slide. I've used some of their non critical small parts in lowers that I put together for conversions. I thought they were as good as any.

I'll certainly let folks know what I think, but I'm only a journyman builder, not a master... im interested to see others opinions on fusion components as well.

I've used some of their parts with good success. Used a std GI slide for a wad gun build on a Springer RO. Worked fine but noticed it was a bit softer than Caspian slides.

I do use their basic slide stops.  Nice piece. Forged and are right around   .199
