Re: 45 military brass
I use brass...military, commercial, whatever. I do sort tho, TZZ is separate from WCC and I’ll put small amounts of military that I have with the many times fired commercial from the same maker (RA with R-P, FC with Federal).

Re: 45 military brass
Greetings,
When the National Guard used to shoot with us, we had a good supply of WCC MATCH brass as most of the Guard did not reload.
Excellent quality.
Cheers,
Dave

Re: 45 military brass
I use mostly WCC military brass in my 45, also some TZZ. It is good brass and will last you a long time.
I've lost count of how times I've reloaded these cases, but it has been many years. I shoot them until I spot a crack in the case, and that's not very often. That's probably due to the light target loads they're used for. The brass is strong and I've never had a loose primer pocket. The drawback is some cases need to have the primer crimp removed or swaged out. I use RCBS primer pocket swaging dies which has worked well for me. The match stuff usually doesn't have a primer crimp, though. Most of the field issue stuff usually does. As far as consistency, I can't tell the difference between it and commercial brass.

Thanks for the input, I've heard other good things about the military brass and swaging won't be a problem.

Re: 45 military brass
I have WCC41 brass from my dad that has probably 10 loads on it so far (mostly with 4.2gr BE and 185SWC) that still loads and shoots fine.
Normally I use TZZ85 brass i got at Fleet Matches 30 years ago and it shoots very well also. Only have 2 or 3 loads on it though.
