Value of Mike Curtis Wadgun

I am thinking of parting with my Mike Curtis built wadgun, and am wondering what a fair value would be. Older build, still tight and accurate. Built on Springfield frame & slide, Kart barrel,wilson barrel bushing, 1" Ultradot mounted. Thanks. Don

You might want to contact Mike Curtis himself and ask.  It would vary a bit on how deeply he reworked the pistol.

A simple upgrade with a barrel and bushing with a slide mount on your SA frame is one thing.  A complete frame up high end Curtis wadcutter custom build is another.

Nonetheless, you have a hen’s tooth there.  You truly should speak to Mike before you list it, he may even be able to place it for you.

He is not taking work because he doesn't have his FFL.  Had to surrender that when he went to work for ATF.

I sold my backup Mike Curtis for a little above 3k, generally they bring 3500 and up, the one I have now I value at 4500-5000,(not for sale)  very hard to find but worth every penny.

I would be interested in Mr. Curtis’s contact info as well. I understand he is not taking work, I just need some information.
