Why is the aiming black of the B-16 smaller than that of the B-8?
The black area of the B-16 (simulated slow fire 50 yard target used at 25 yards) is smaller than the black on the standard 25-yard target. Shouldn't they be the same? Or does the real b-6 50 yard target actually appear smaller than the b-8 25 yard target does?

According to this table from the website you linked, the 7-ring on the B-16 target is 20.3 MOA, whereas the 8-ring on the B-6 (50 yard slow fire) target is 15.3 MOA. But the 7-ring on the B-16 target is the outer black ring, and the 8-ring on the B-6 target is the outer black ring. So the MOAs are different. I don't understand why this is so. Shouldn't the MOAs be the same? If I practice on a B-16 target at 25 yards, will my point of impact or sight adjustments change when I'm at the real competition and I'm shooting a B-6 target at 50 yards?
I realize that the 7-ring on the B-16 and B-6 targets have almost the same MOA. But The 7-ring in the B-16 target is black, and the 7-ring on the B-6 target is white.
