Colt Woodsman Magazines

A friend of mine has a Colt Woodsman - Match Target -Second Series (Ser. # 51***-S) sans any magazines and is looking to acquire some. Based on my research that particular model was manufactured between 1947 and 1955. According to the Colt Woodsman website, the magazines listed as "C" and "E" will fit that pistol. I did find the Triple-K magazines that are listed as fitting "Post War" Woodsman pistols and to the best of my research those should work.
Anyone here use those mags and what has been your experience? Any other sources for mags, even maybe originals? Anyone have some that they are willing to part with?

You might check with Numrich, they have pre-war and post-war mags in stock. I'm sure they can tell you which one will work.

I had some triple k mags for mine and I thought they were junk
