So I'm using the MTM 50 round .32 ACP boxes and they work ok for JHP but with the SWC I'm basicaly dumping them out in order to get to them as they're so short. Is there a better way?

Any reason you can't use a zip-lock plastic bag, small cardboard box, etc?

Because of what you described, I only use cartridge boxes for my 50 yd XTP loads and loads prepared for group testing.  For general training loads I carry them in a box in bulk.

What are your acceptable viable options for storage/packaging?  (spoiler alert: You'll be answering your own question with this response.)

As I said I'm using MTM boxes but the finished round is too short to take out individually. I was hoping there was another manufacturer of boxes that would work better.

I use MTM Case Gard P-100-9 plastic boxes and a piece of cardboard to simply allow me to drop 10 rounds on to the bench at a time (I use a couple of soft $store drying mats on the bench). I am able to grab individual rounds with no problem (even though I have tightly clipped finger nails).

I use 100 round boxes for 9mm ammo. Have no problem retrieving individual rounds from the box, the only problem is that there's too much space between the lid and the top of cartridges, if I put the box sideways in my range bag, they all become loose inside the box. I guess it can be solved with some cardboard spacers, but I just lay them flat in my range bag and it does the trick.
