I am not sure it would make a difference and not sure you get what you order I ordered the wax ones and got both size in the same box and some that had no lube  that measured .4525 I can't tell the difference in my group size!

That’s what I was thinking. So quality control might be now.

I was hesitant about the Hi Tech coating as I have shot some of the powder coated bullets when this rage started. I wasn't impressed. How ever these Hi Tech coated Brazos 160's have impressed me. I still have a substantial supply of the venerable Valiant 160's that I didn't want to use up in practice. I have been shooting the Brazos instead. I haven't been able to test them at 50 yards yet but at 25 they are just fine. What I really like about them is they do not lead your barrel. I have been running them over 4.4gr WST.

Bill I am only ( at least I think ) going to use them for the short line. I have a sweet load for Zeros 185 JHP for the long line!

I'm ordering 0.452", and just got ~5000.  However regardless I proof size all on Star / Magna Lubrisizer equipped with Magna's Custom 0.452" die.  This die has a little bit longer sizing surface and doesn't have lubing holes.  While sizing I also have ability to inspect and sort bullets.  Lastly, I size  with base down and pushing on the nose of the bullet.
