Brazos 160 SWC Question
Guys I normally seat my 185 Zero’s at 1.210 and I rarely if never had a failure to feed issue with my Wadgun. I told Steve I would try his 160’s and just received 2 bags so around 1300 projectiles. When I adjusted my seating due to achieve 1.210 there is to me a lot of shoulder sticking out! What do you guys think?

Jon's right. I seat.the 160 just.like my 200 or.180s. Off the shoulder of the swc. I've had zero issues making my wad guns feed these little pills

You're measuring something wrong. The SAAMI spec for the OAL of a 45acp case is .898" which means you should only have .022" exposed if you use the .920" length from base to shoulder. Your picture appears to have the shoulder exposed by almost 1/8". I also have no feeding issues using the .920" dimension with a pistol Jon built.

Looks perfect! If your gun won't feed them its not the ammo.

Accu-Rails are tight bastards when you get the pistol back. Oil the hell out of them and keep them very clean (especially the underside against the frame) and well lubed.
I've been working on a 38 special with the rails and it has taken a lot of extra work to get that darn thing to cycle.
