What's your favorite 9mm load for 1:10 barrels?
Both my P210A and my Accushadow have 1:10 barrels. I had (500) 115gr XTP bullets from a Hornady rebate I've loaded, initial impressions were that it was pretty darn snappy when loaded with 6.0gr of Power Pistol which should be about 1150fps. I'm thinking of going with 125gr conical or 147gr JHP both made by Zero, I've heard some of you guys say the heavier/slower bullets feel less snappy but not sure which is going to cooperate with the twist rate I've got. What do you guys recommend?

4.2GR VV330 OR 4.0GR WSF + HORNADY XTP 147GR. THE ZEROS ARE NOT AS TIGHT AT 50YDS.

Too bad the 147 XTP bullets are $.20 each, the Zero can be had for about $.10 especially if I buy from Terry at a match.

Maplewood 105 gr LSWC (mini H&G 68 clone), 2.5 WST, 1.035" OAL (I think?), 0.372 crimp, in a really sprung down CZ75 SP01 with a slide mount H1. Feels just slightly more recoil than a 22. No idea on velocity. Groups an inch at 25, need to do more testing at 50 when the weather warms up!

P210A: 147gr Hornady XTPs w/3.3gr of Alliant e^3, Fed 100 primers, Starline brass (Note: I use a 16# CZ P-01 recoil spring from CGW). Very good groups from a Ransom rest at 50 yards. This winter (indoors) I've been shooting 147gr Brazos CRNs with *FC* brass, Fed 100 primers, 3.3gr of WSF (I had an extra pound I wanted to use up), about 880 fps MV. I think 900 fps +/- is good for this pistol. In spring I'll start testing the Zero 147 JHPs at 50 yards, and the Brazos 147 CRNs at 25 yards. I tried 115gr XTPs...but I've decided to just stick with 147's.

Reliable in several twist-deficient pistols: 3.7 grains of WSF and 147 P-Delta truncated-point at 1.13 OAL. (OAL is from memory). Both Federal match and CCI primers work.
Cases are run through SS pin treatment - very clean.
