Who is making the best ones these days? I did a Google Search and was disappointed at what little I found.

Ken Saunders in Maine was making them but may have quit. Not much out there anymore. Look on eBay or here but be aware that the old Pachmayers, while wonderful, may not accommodate a scope.

Thanks, I did a Google Search first and only came up with Hyskore, which has terrible reviews and Precision Pistol Box.

I think I am about to have Greg custom complete one for me that he is working on at Precision Pistol Box.

I purchased Precision Pistol Box 3 gun super delux model on this forum and received it few days ago. Very good size, much lighter than expected, very well built, everything is precisely fitted. I would definitely recommend. A bit smaller than expected but everything fits and keeps dimensions to minimal. I am glad I did not go for a used Pachmayr.

Although I don’t own one, Greg’s box would be my choice. Darn fine work!

I have 2 of Gregs boxes like them both, one is used indoors the other outdoors. They are light and good solid construction, he will accomodate your layout too.

Greg is about to buy some wood to make me one in the size that I need and with two gun trays. One for my Bullseye pistols and one for my Free Pistols.

Thanks for everyone's input.

Greg has my custom box almost ready to ship. I have to find out how to post pictures here. Will then post some.

The communications were great and the design and construction looks super too.

It is oversized in length to hold a number of Free Pistols in one tray and then a second tray for my Bullseye Guns.

Enough room for my ammo blocks and timer, spotting scope, ammo and accessories.

I like that idea of having different trays with the box depending on what guns you are using.

I'm sorry, who is Greg? I don't see a way to find him when friends are looking for a box.
Thanks
