Re: Recommended lube for 32 HBWC?
I had to relube some Lapua 32 HBWC bullets and had excellent results with Delux Liquid X-lox, 45-45-10, White Label Lube. It's available from the manufacturer at www. LsStuff.com It is equivalent to Lee Alox tumble lube but delivers better results.
I had several thousand of the Lapua bullets that would lead the barrel of my Walther GSP badly and discovered that other people explained that the lube Lapua used was possibly contaminated by lead powder. I washed the bullets in gasoline to clean the old lube off and applied the new lube. The result was a bullet that did not lead my barrel in the slightest.

Curious: why would you need to relube the bullets?
An emulsified wax like AnchorSeal would work, as would any tumble lube.

Re: Recommended lube for 32 HBWC?
I plan to use a Speer 32 HBWC as a stopgap to swaging my own bullet. Unfortunately the bullets range in diameter from .311 - .314. So I was thinking of resizing the larger ones to something like .312 to get some consistency. While do so I thought it might be a good idea to apply some lube to them as well. Maybe all a bad idea but that was the plan. This will be used on my new Pardini 32 S&W Long.noylj wrote:Curious: why would you need to relube the bullets?

No—you’ll almost certainly find the larger ones are more accurate.
Original AnchorSeal—don’t know or trust any “green” product. This is all that Rooster Jacket appeared to be.
Consistency only matters if accuracy/precision is actually improved.
Never assume-test.
In my .32 S&W L semi-autos, larger bullets and minimally sized cases give best accuracy

Yes, a small bucket with a piece of window screen for a liner. Put bullets in bucket on top of the screen, then pour in a little gasoline to swirl. Pull up the screen with bullets inside. Pour bullets out in a layer in the sun to dry. Repeat as necessary. It's very simple. I had to clean 5000.
While the bullets are warm from drying in the sun it is the best time to apply the tumble lube. It's good to have the lube warm too. A plastic wide mouth jar works good for tumbling the bullets. Pour the lubed bullets onto wax paper to dry in the sun. This should only take a few hours.
The hardest part of the process was learning that only a very small amount of Delux Liquid Xlox is required.

If you can see LLA on bullet, you used too much.
I would never modify the Remington bullet as it came. It was perfect.
Yes, it was messy. Why, after loading a few hundred, I had to wipe my thumb and finger with a rag--if I thought about it.
