The Android folks can go to the play store and get the Bullseye Timer. It's also free with slow, timed and rapid fire commands. Check it out

does anybody know where to get one of those little boxes with the speaker and line out jack that have the range commands for many of the shooting disciplines, specifically bullseye?

http://www.targettimers.com/timers.html

I bought one several years back and it works well.  Many disciplines on it.  The only drawback is it really sucks the battery life when run wide open........makes sense though.

The "Range Officer" is your boy.  Click on the unit and it will show you all the commands, including OLY 8,6,4 sec runs.....

There is an app for the iPhone called Shot Timer.  Not exactly bullseye related, but it works well and much cheaper than a stand alone timer.
