Rapid Fire Pistols
I've been browsing YouTube videos of some ISSF and other International events and am intrigued by the choice of pistols by some competitors in the Rapid Fire class. At the 2013 ISSF World Event in Munich I noticed that most of them seem to favour Pardini's, there was a Spanish shooter with a MatchGun with a very fancy recoil damper. But one shooter, Roman Bondaruk from the Ukraine, was shooting this gun which I did not recognise. Can anyone identify what brand and model it is?

IZH 35M with some kind of custom receiver attachment as it looks polished.

I recently did a repair on an older Match Gun MG2 Rapid Fire pistol with dampers in the barrel shroud that eased the impact of the slide going back into battery. It was very cool! Shot nice!

Stroll down the line at any given World Cup and you will see an assortment of guns whose parentage you can't even begin to guess.
