Shot my first match Sat. A 2700 with a leg match and a Dist pistol match.Wow,I thought I knew a little something about pistol shooting!Not even close.Had a great time,and everybody cut the new guy some slack.I think I learned a few things and hope to be better prepared next time.Man,you have to crawl around alot to retrieve your brass!And I had stuff spread all over my bench.Need a pistol case,brass catcher,clip board,staple gun,white pasters,tighter grip on the pistol and don't panic on the rapid fire target.I wish I started this a long time ago! binski

CMM Shooting Sports brass catcher. i wasted money trying to make my own and bought other PVC pipe type catchers, but eventually broke down and bought one.

It does get much easier after your first match. So glad to see a new shooter! My first match was very nerve wracking but most everyone made me feel very welcome and helped a lot and still do.

Welcome. Always shoot near the best shooters you can. It will challenge you, and you will have the best opportunity to learn.
