Has anyone have , used or seen a tool for 209b primers ?

What sort of tool?  Ballistic Products sells a tool they say is for resizing the primer pocket in shotgun hulls.

209B is the primer cup only for a 209 shot shell primer . It appears that people used th " reprime " their primers.
