9mm Lead Cartridges Available?
My local club only allows lead projectiles on their fifty foot indoor range. My wife would like to use 9mm as possible future center-fire Bullseye activity but I'm not finding any 9mm LRN available online. We may be set up in the future for reloading but meanwhile does anyone know where we can purchase lead 9mm online?
Thanks,
Dan

Not cheap, and I'm not sure it's actually lead under there... no experience with this product. It is available, though.

I would not recommend shooting +P "bear killer" loads off-hand for Bullseye CF. 9mm is a snappy caliber at best, even with soft target loads, shooting those very expensive +P rounds might put your wife off Bullseye shooting for ever. IMHO.

Magtech shows a 9mm 124 gr lead round nose.

150 grain Federal Syntech isn't too bad of an indoor friendly load.

Yes, Federal Syntech appears to be the definitive answer. We found some reasonably priced locally and have been using it.

Become buddies with your club members. Have them teach you how to reload. They will probably give you some 9mm brass to get you started. For something as rare and expensive as 9mm factory lead ammo, the expense of buying the equipment and components (even at todays sky high prices) would probably be worth your while.shanks wrote:My local club only allows lead projectiles on their fifty foot indoor range.
