45 Reload data for VV N320
Does anyone use VV N320 for 45ACP reloads?
I normally used BE 4.4 gr under 160gr lead SWC (Bob’s bullets) until Bob’s stopped making them last October, and now started to use 185gr coated (Bullseye #2 Missouri Bullet Company) under 4.0gr BE for the Short Line, and 4.4gr BE under Zero 185gr JHP for the Long line.
I’m almost out of BE. Does anyone use VV N320 powder and if so what are your reload data?
Thank you.

Download the vihtavuori reload app to your phone
That should help you.

I've had this tab open on my phone for about a year after buying two 4lb jugs of it.

But N310 keeps coming up for sale here and there so haven't got around to trying N320 in 45. I use it a lot for 380 auto casual shooting and the spent cases look almost unfired they are so clean. Granules are notably larger than N310 so my Dillon volumetric powder measure is about half as precise with N320 (~+/- .06gr vs. +/- .02gr)

I was searching the same thing earlier this week just because I have some N320.
Doesn't look very promising...

4.7 of N320 under a Roze 200swc shots well in my Roddy Toyota wad gun.
How well? My first test produced five shots touching at fifty(off bags). I like the softer recoil also. I am only an expert so ..........

That is about right start at 4.4 and work up, It is similar in speed to W231. I found it to be a little pressure sensitive but its a nice soft shooting powder and can word well for 38 Special DR loads.Tom Stewart wrote:4.7 of N320 under a Roze 200swc shots well in my Roddy Toyota wad gun.
