Not for pistol powder, but until I got my Chargemaster(s), I used one for rifle powder. It was good for +/- 0.1gr

Re: Lee Deluxe Perfect Powder Measure
I have it mounted over my PW P-200 press. I zip-tied an aquarium pump, and inserted a Titan powder baffle in the hopper. I like the older design where the hoppers had the removable plastic lid (you can still get them from Titan for about $5, and use the bottom twist-lock chamber from the new/old designs). I have no idea why they went with the inverted bottle design. It makes no sense to me. I "lap-in" the drum/cup contact with automotive rubbing compound. This trues the two surfaces and reduces the tension necessary on the tightening screw. Mine does not leak. After a couple of hopper dispenses it stabilizes quite well. The small drums are the best for pistol powders. Do not use the large drums with the "insert" meant to convert it to smaller charges. I load stick and flake and I'm about +/- 0.05 gr.
