TiteGroup / 200 cast SWC?

TiteGroup users:
Would appreciate load suggestions using TiteGroup with cast 180g Flat base semi-wad cutter - and cast 200g bevel base SWC.

I believe Jon Shue uses (or used to use) 4.2 of Titegroup.

I use 3.9 grains of titegroup with Brazos 180 grain heads for the 25 yard.
