Is the book about the mental aspects of BE shooting or does it also cover physical technique?

It is a book on mental focus as it applies to competitive shooting. There isn’t much about physical technique of Bullseye or any other discipline.Rixter wrote:Is the book about the mental aspects of BE shooting or does it also cover physical technique?

I am going out on a limb here, but this is the best mental management type book that has been written. It's contextual to what we do, and short enough to stay engaging and on point.

Re: Bullseye Mind by Raymond Prior
I have mixed feelings about the book.
On the one hand I find it quite helpful in trying to improve focus.
On the other hand I found it a little repetitive, sort of like beating a dead horse.
Yet I do understand that psychologically "beating the dead horse" is necessary to get ideas across and understood.
All in all, I would recommend it for those serious about stepping up the precision game.
