Kimber Target Revolvers
For a number of (possibly strange) reasons I’m interested in a Kimber K6S Target, and wonder if anyone has ever tried to really wring some accuracy out of it. Loadings, etc.
I owned a 3” DASA for some time, and found that my (admittedly not stock) S&W M60 shot better across the spectrum.
Anyone enjoyed good luck with the little K’s?

Kimber makes a target revolver? Who knew. Oh darn, something new to play with.

Nice looking little gun. Haven't seen any real accuracy testing on one. The Kimber trigger is nice but is unique.

More negatives could be lack of aftermarket support so far as grips and sights.

I don't know that an inch of barrel and an adjustable sight really transform it into what I'd call a target revolver. And I'm gun-shy of the $1000 ante after my less than stellar performance from the 3".
It's a really handy gun though. I dunno.
Appreciate the remarks!
Just thought I'd see if anyone here had run one through it's paces.

Re: Kimber Target Revolvers
The Kimber target models are basically D-frame guns with 4” barrels. I know plenty of folks who feel fine with a 4” barrel, but for wheelguns, I personally won’t shoot anything below 6”. Need the sight radius!
