Model 52 mag floorplates (same as Mdl 39)? Empty Model 52 mag floorplates (same as Mdl 39)?

Hello, all!

I have an inkling but, hope to confirm (or dispel) whether or not the metal floor-plate(s) for a S&W Model 39 and Model 52 are the same or, at the very least, are interchangeable?

The old ones are. I even put mag extensions on some and used with my 52. I didn't want to mess up my 52 mags if it didn't work.

I came across some new oem blued steel S&W Model 39 floor-plates; however; I’m 1,200 miles from home where my Model 52’s and their mags are!
