I have two 1911 Remington Rand that work perfectly in 45 ACP if I mount the Marvel .22 conversion in one of them it sometimes gives me a burst.. what could possibly depend on the disconnector?

Need more information. Is it a bone stock Remington Rand, has it had a trigger job with original parts, or does it have newer ignition parts? 22 conversions need a longer seer typically to prevent hammer follow down. Bob Marvel discovered this when he made his conversion.
Also, what trigger weight are you pulling?

The only information I can give you is that are exactly the same the trigger weight is 3 lbs only one the one who has problems has new long trigger, the strange thing is that in 45 acp no hammer fall..

It’s common with 45 for hammer not to fall but with conversion hammer will fall. Conversion slide cycles extremely fast.
Trigger bow length affects disconnector angle. My guess is the new trigger bow length is longer than what was in the pistol.
You need a gunsmith to check out your pistol. This is beyond amateur and parts swapping.
