New Eulette build Img_1010Just sharing a couple photos. Jon worked on my Colt Series 70 GC, originally my father’s but given to me as a birthday present some years back. Sporting a KKM 1:13 barrel, roll trigger job, 10lb recoil spring, and obviously the Eulette Precision rail.

Very soft shooting with 185 Zero LSWC over 4.2 WST. With an Aimpoint H-1, the cases were ejecting less than half the time.

When I first tried to open the slide I thought the safety must be on… then realized that was impossible and it must be broken. Lol

Locks up tight as  a vacuum packed new pickle jar lid.

Gun needs some mileage. I used 3.7 WST with 200 Dardas. His bullets are not seating as deep, thus less pressure possibly.
I hold pretty hard…
This is 10 shots 25 yds. Had to crop out another group to the right. This dog hunts!

Mine will cycle perfectly with 185gr lswchp over 3.9grs of WST crimped .453".
It will also function with 170gr SWC that I cast with the same load.
My recoil spring is 11lbs. After 2000 rounds it still snaps in and out of battery
When I do my part the KKM 1-13 barrel will eat the X-ring.
