WST loads needed
I FINALLY got some of this powder. If you have used it with success in 38sp, 10mm auto, 45ACP I would appreciate some starting loads.
thanks in advance,

For 10mm there are better powders. WSF, AutoComp, and a bunch of others. WST is a bit fast.

Re: WST loads needed
Hiya,
38 SPL
Both of my Model 52's
148 Saeco button nose, flat base, seated flush to the shoulder with a taper crimp, Federal brass, CCI SP
Warm temps: 2.7g for the short line, 3.0 for the long line
Cold temps: 2.8 short, 3.1 long
For me, spitting them out faster for the long line almost eliminates the tipping issues that plagued my 52's with the slow twist barrel.

Thanks to all
I appreciate all the load advice I have received. If the weather ever improves I look forward testing them out.

Re: WST loads needed
Hiya,
Forgot to mention one for the 45
3.76g WST, H&G 68, seated with shoulder 0.020" above case/~1.235", taper crimp.
5" 1911, steel barrels Ave 695FPS, stainless barrels Ave 714FPS, both 15 feet from muzzle.
To get the 3.76g weight, dump 10 charges into your scale and then divide by 10, this will give you the average per charge. Most scales are only accurate to 1/10th grain so it's difficult to determine if your 3.7 is 3.72 or 3.78. (Sorry, I'm obsessive about hand loading, too many years of benchrest where groups were measured to 0.001")
