CZ TS2 and Atlanta Arms ammo
Not sure if this should be in Equipment or Ammunition I had a lot of Cabelas points, so I decided to treat myself to some shiny toy and got a slightly used CZ TS2 pistol. I made a custom front sight and bought an adjustable rear sight and this morning I tried to shoot a 900 with it for the first time.
The trigger on this thing is amazing, 2.5 lbs and very crisp, straight from the factory. I had a bunch of cheap Herters and S&B 115gr plus some Atlanta Arms 115gr and 147gr. The Herters shot dead center at 50 yards, if I remember correctly, my best target was 93-2x, and everything was on call. The Atlanta Arms was fantastic on the short line, felt almost like .22, very mild recoil and just slight muzzle jump and I was back on target immediately. 95+ on both timed and rapid (minus some low shots when I wasn't paying attention).
So, my questions are: a) how come I've never seen anyone shooting bullseye with CZ and b) wondering if anyone had replicated the Atlanta Arms loads and what is a good recipe for the short line. I think I'll stick with factory ammo for the long line even though it feels a bit too hot.

In for discussion on question B... However I think the answer to question A, its not a 45 and making the trigger legal for service pistol would be a slightly different expertise than that of a 1911. I have seen a few shoot them in a few league out my way.
Back to question B, I have seen some discussion in the past about loads with n320/n330, WSF, and power pistol for 115s. I hope to work something up this winter early spring, my 9mm 1911 is almost ready.

A load I used and machine rest tested at 50 yards for my Kidd Accurized Beretta 92FS was a Hornady 115 gr. fmj bullet atop 6.2 grains of Power Pistol. It might not work for your gun, but it might give you a place to start. Some folks have great results with 147 gr. JHP and 4.0 gr. WSF.

Re: CZ TS2 and Atlanta Arms ammo
The CZ should have a 1:10 twist barrel. I have had good luck with 147gr JHP load in a 1:10 1911 with Zero or Magnus or Hornady 147 bullets. I don't know that pistol but I've picked up a single-action CZ and the trigger was very nice. Cajun Gun Works sells aftermarket parts and they may have different springs if you have to increase spring weight over time. Not as easy to adjust as a 1911, and it's a pivoting trigger rather than straight-pull. I assume the sights are adjustable. I found a double-stack was too big for my hand.

I tried AA 147gr JHP too, but they were shooting low and were not grouping well - but maybe it's me, not the ammo.
Re: CZ TS2 and Atlanta Arms ammo
Not CZ but did try a Tanfoglio 9mm once, was not Bullseye accurate and preferred the larger .45 bullet to scoring ring ratio. Briefly looked into who had and can accurize it for bullseye, crickets. Did a decent job at action pistol. CZ custom has some better target modifications but 1911's are less costly and more known. My recent endeavor is a CZ P09, but a proper fitting adjustable sight is a nowhere to be found.

My SP2 also came with fixed sight, I had to order adjustable sight from Czech, it was a bit pricey but is very well made and shipping was pretty fast. The same website has some P09 sights too: https://www.cz-parts.com/cz-p-09-accessories
Accurizing a CZ for bullseye is a matter of making a custom bushing which is press fit into the slide and a good slip fit to the barrel. Maybe a couple of hours on a lathe IMHO.

I tested several loads at 25Y with CZ 75 CTS LS-B (CZ Custom Shop). It is 5.4" model versus 5.8" TS2. Very accurate loads were:
X-Treme 124gr Plated FP / HP-38 4.0gr / CCI500 / OAL 1.07" / Taper crimp / 1075 fps
Speer Gold Dot 124gr HP / Accurate #7 7.65gr / CCI500 / OAL 1.10" / Taper crimp / 1208 fps (this is +P load)
Missouri 128gr Coated SWC / Accurate #7 6.0gr / WSP / 1.07" / Taper / 1029 fps
135gr Coated RNFP (this are cast by my friend) / VV N340 4.2 - 4.7 gr / WSP / 1.07" / Taper / 1019 - 1114 fps
Berry's 150gr Plated RN / Accurate #5 5.1 - 5.2 gr / CCI500 / 1.16" / Taper / 935 - 956 fps
This data is based on my notes from about five years ago. Please do your own testing. Based on my experience CZ guns have very tight chambers when it comes to OAL. Make sure to make fake rounds and check feeding prior to settling on OAL. Especially when loading heavier / longer bullets (135 - 165gr)
